Users can create an account using Google, Facebook, or a traditional email/password combination via Firebase Authentication. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information.

2. User Conduct

Users agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose. Harassment, abuse, or dissemination of inappropriate content is strictly prohibited.

3. Intellectual Property

All content within the "Whimsical Weather" app, including the AI-generated hero images, text, graphics, and logos, are the property of SkylonTech Inc. and are protected by copyright laws.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is." SkylonTech Inc. makes no warranties regarding the accuracy of weather data or clothing suggestions. Clothing suggestions are for entertainment purposes and should not be considered professional advice.

5. Limitation of Liability

SkylonTech Inc. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

6. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
